How to top up your credit

You can top up your Simfonia card online by logging into your personal account. Or you can go to any Sisal, Snai and Lottomatica points of sales, or Esselunga Store.

Are you an Esselunga Customer? Now you can find the Simfonia top-up also in the Fidaty catalog. Use your points now to call for free!

From App

Visit the Residual Credit section on your app and choose online topping-up via PayPal, credit card or add credit using a pin code.

Online

Log into your account, select the payment method between  and complete the payment.

You can top-up your balance at:

  • SisalPay points of sale: provide the mobile number registered on your app and ask for a Clouditalia Orchestra recharge.
  • Lottomatica points of sale: ask for a Clouditalia Orchestra recharge. Call the free number 800 182565 (from Italy only) from landline or 06 95559556 from mobile and follow the instructions. When prompted, enter the mobile number used for signing-in and if necessary the PIN shown on your receipt.
  • SNAI / Paymat sales points: choose the recharge cut and communicate it to the receiver, collect the receipt that contains the pin for the use of the purchased credit and enter it in the app that you have downloaded to your smartphone.
  • In Esselunga stores: Search for the Simfonia recharge voucher at the Info Point or directly at the cash desks. You can even get it using your shopping points! Browse the Fidaty catalog and request a free voucher. Enter it in the App and you are ready to call!
